Refund Policy
A refund request must be placed within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

20% restocking fee on all returned items.
Your original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. Satellite TV Specialists reserves the right to deny any return.
